Overview
From the Tickets page, users can search for an individual ticket number to download. Head to the ‘Ticket Search’ section on the page to get started.
Note: Any user can search for any ticket number, regardless of their default plant settings.
Searching For a Ticket
To search for a ticket, start by entering a ticket number, and selecting the correct ticket from the results shown. After selecting a ticket, you can choose one of three options:
- Shift – View the corresponding job that this ticket was loaded to.
- Load – View the load details for this ticket number
- PDF – Download a pdf version of this e-ticket
