Set Target Tons
Before the first load arrives, check the current jobs list to confirm your job shift has begun. Then, check your shift’s Target Tons goal. If the tonnage is not accurate, click the Setup Tab and input the correct Target Tons.
Once correct tons are entered click the Save Job button at the bottom of the Setup Page.
Set Exact Deliver Location
Drive to the actual starting point of the job and use the SET LOCATION button to refine the actual location and routing time calculation.
After setting the job location, click the Save Job button at the bottom of the Setup Page.
Unloading Trucks
In the Delivering Tab check active truck numbers. If the truck currently being unloaded is not the active truck (1st truck on Delivering list) use the SET ACTIVE button to correct the order. Once the active truck is finished unloading, click the UNLOAD button.
Maintaining the correct unload order informs the team and maximizes individual truck performance.
Unloading trucks consistently provides accurate ETA’s to the plant for the next load and keeps trucks efficient and on time.
Sign Out Trucks
As each truck unloads its final load for the shift, sign the truck out using the “Blue” button in the sign-out column on the Last Unloaded panel.
SOP logs the time of the unload interaction for reference.
SOP applies consistent sign-out time adjustments for clean-out, return travel time allowance, or other reasons.
